Our All Butter Shortbread Biscuits are a firm family favourite, baked to our traditional Yorkshire recipe. Sprinkled with sugar on top, they can be enjoyed with a cup of tea, or to make a perfect dessert with strawberries and cream.
The box is 100% recyclable and contains 2 packets of 4 biscuits, so you don't have to rush through them.

The finest flapjack I’ve ever tasted.
I’ve placed a couple of orders now after buying a flapjack in Deans Garden Centre. The flapjack is delicious. It’s the perfect combination of ingredients and is so moist. The millionaires flapjack is just as good. Excellent packaging and fast delivery make it a great experience shopping for my favourites.

Love Lottie Shaw’s cakes and biscuits, by far my favourite is the Parkin biscuits, followed very closely by the shortbread. Having individual packets is great, one serving at a time (or two maybe?

After my shortbread was delivered very broken, I contacted Lottie Shaws by email and shortly after was emailed and given a full refund.

Biscuits delicious but many were broken in...
The biscuits are no doubt delicious (based on my experience of other Lottie Shaws products) but sadly a lot were broken when they arrived which was a shame as they were part of gift bags for an important client. We were short of time which meant we had to use them but would have otherwise returned and asked for replacements.

1/3 of the biscuit order of 280 shortbread broken.
1/3 of the biscuit order of 280 shortbread broken. No fragile label at all on packaging. No bubblewrap/ alternative packing to reduce breakage. Biscuits taste great but incredibly disappointing quality. Tried to contact but no response.
