FILLING: Currants, Sugar, Gel Set, (Pre-gelatinised starch)

The best Currant Slices ever!
Bought for Hubby/Dad for Father’s Day. He adores them and says they are the best you can buy. The shelf life is only around 2 weeks or so but never a problem in our house as they don’t last that long ?

It doesn’t matter what I say you’re gonna do what you’re gonna do. I think you’re way way too expensive but again that doesn’t matter because you do what you wanna do.
