Wonderful, tasty bakes.
Never ordered from this company before, but what totally delicious makes, loved the flapjacks, the Treacle tarts are amazing, and I cannot comment on the Shortbread, as it's a Christmas gift for my neighbour.

Not opened...
As this was a Christmas present it hasn't been opened so I haven't had any feedback on what they thought of it. I wish lottie Shaw would let the purchaser know when it has been safely delivered the only notification I receive is order status changed to shipped, sometimes people don't acknowledge they've received it and then you don't know if your gift has been received. I think the customer service brilliant I had queries and they responded immediately and resolved everything which made me buy another gift from them
