This product has a minimum shelf life of 3 months from baking so there is plenty of time to enjoy this treat.
Ingredients:
Pastry (50%): Wheat Flour (Wheat, fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin and Thiamine), Vegetable oils, (Palm and rapeseed oil in various proportions, RSPO Sourced), water, salt, Raising Agents, Baking Powder (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates).
Mincemeat (50%): Sugar, Apple, Raisins(11%) (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Sultanas(11%) (Sultanas, Sunflower Oil), Currants(6.5%)(Currants, Sunflower Oil), Glucose Syrup, Mixed Peel(3.5%)(Glucose Fructose Syrup, Orange Peel, Sugar, Lemon Peel, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid),Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Suet(3%)(Palm Oil, Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil), Modified Starch, Mixed Spice, .Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid; Colour; Caramel, Orange Oil, Lemon Oil.

Indulging ourselves at...
We love LottShaws mince pies but finding ourselves in North Devon realised we couldn't find them locally. Christmas is a time for indulgence so ordered from the bakery and 2 days later like a small Christmas miracle we had our favourite treats.

Great Mince...
Best mince pies I've tasted, hence the bulk order. Perfect balance of crumbly pastry and lots of filling, full of fruit. Best of all in these days of weight watching, one is definately enough!! To really enjoy but not need more. Would give five stars but they suffered a bit in transit.. Four packs were sadly too crushed to gift...

The best mince pies...
The best mince pies I have ever had. Won the 2022 office mince pie ratings by a landslide. I enjoyed them so much I bought some on release in 2023. Please don't sell out because I need to order some more :-)
