Purchased the letterbox flapjack treats as a get well gift for a relative and they were absolutely delighted with it. Have to also comment on the first class service from their customer service team as I made an error on the order and it was sorted out promptly by a lovely friendly lady. Will definitely use them again for future orders. Makes a fantastic gift.

Firsts delivery was on time and gratefully received. The second order I had ticked collect instead of delivery. When I rang to sort thing out Susan very quickly sorted things out and the order got to the recipient in quick. The biscuits were delicious by all accounts. Love Lottie Shaws.

Letter box treat for my elderly...
I’ve ordered the letter box treats before and have been very pleased. However this time I struggled with the web site. It said the postage was free but then charged me more than half the value of the treats to post them. Also I ended up with the same recipient’s address as the billing address. Luckily I had a very patient lady on customer service who sorted out the billling address and explained they had been taken over by another company and the pricing structure had been changed. I doubt I will buy more letter box treats now as the postage is simply too much.

Great little...
I bought this lovely box of goodies as a gift for my granddaughter who has just moved home. I had it delivered to her new address, she was really happy with it. A nice little gift at a reasonable price.
