Our traditional gingerbread is cut into the shape of a penguin and decorated using Belgian milk chocolate. 

Our gingerbread penguins are individually wrapped and packed in a box of 100 making them perfect for lunch boxes, stocking fillers and parties.

Please note the box of 100 does not come in a counter top box

Gingerbread: Wheat Flour (Wheat flour, Fortified with Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine),Sugar, Margarine (Vegetable oils (rapeseed and palm in various proportions RSPO Sourced),water, Salt, EmulsifierPolyglycerol of ester of fatty acids, Colours, Curcumin, Annatto, flavourings.), Ground Ginger(1%), partially inverted Syrup, Bicarbonate soda, Milk.

Chocolate Flavour coating: Sugar, Vegetable Oil (palm kernel, palm oil RSPO Sourced), Whey Powder (from milk)and Lactose from protein fromwhey powder(FromMilk). Cocoa Powder, emulsifiers,Soya Lecithin,Polyglycerol polyricinoleate, Natural flavouring.

Smarties: (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Lactose and proteins from whey, Butter fat,(from Milk) Cocoa butter, Skimmed Milk Powder, Wheat flour,(wheat flour, Fortified with Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine,), Rice starch, Emulsifier (Sunflower lecithin,) Fruit and vegetable concentrates, (Safflower, Radish, Black carrot, Lemon, Hibiscus,  Red Cabbage,), Spirulina concentrate, Glazing agents  (Carnauba wax, Beeswax,) Inverted Sugar syrup.

Sugar Paste: Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant glycerol, colours, Anthocyanins , Carotenes, Emulsifiers Mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids , Acidity regulator; Citric acid,  Stabilisers; Tragacanth gum, Preservatives; Potassium sorbate, natural flavouring.

Fondant Icing: Sugar, glucose syrup, water.
