Birthday...
I tried to order through the web page. Despite flagging up free postage for letterbox deliveries it wanted to charge postage at checkout. I phoned customer service and they rectified the problem by the next morning. I placed the order asking for it to be delivered on a specified date as it was a 70th birthday present and the recipient was on holiday prior to that date. Unfortunately you delivered it early and the resulting delivery screen shot sent to the recipient spoilt the surprise

I have used Lottie Shaw’s many times and have always been more than impressed. I have just sent a birthday gift to a friend but accidently put the wrong post code on. The parcel was returned and Lottie Shaws phoned me to say it had been returned. I realised my mistake and apologised. They were so helpful and redelivered the parcel without any extra charge.
