One of the best 'mistakes' in confectionary history, first created in 1886 when a batch of French caramels was 'fudged' up and Ey Up... there was a seriously good treat invented forever known as fudge!

Traditionally crafted in Yorkshire, our melt in the mouth, creamy but crumbly chunks of fudge are a family favourite. Made with rich golden syrup and a dash of sea salt.
