Our All Butter Shortbread Biscuits are a firm family favourite baked to our traditional Yorkshire recipe. Sprinkled with sugar on top, they can be enjoyed with a cup of tea, or make a perfect dessert with strawberries and cream.

    I'm sorry Scotland but Lottie Shaw's all butter shortbread is the BEST shortbread. I bought a big box of the individual packs as I carry them with me. I'm glad they offer the individual packs as the only other place I've managed to get them is on LNER trains. Luckily, I keep stocked up and can pop one in my bag when I pop out. They are great for a hike, flash of tea and a lottie shaws shortbread

    I love everything that Lottie Shaw makes. The large shortbread biscuits might occasionally crumble a bit but that just adds to the excitement of getting every little crumb with your fingers. They are delish and melt in your mouth. Lottie you are a star. I love all your goodies but shortbread and parkin mmmmmmmm
