To create our Yorkshire Ginger Parkin & Chocolate biscuits we have used our award winning Yorkshire Parkin Biscuit recipe, the perfect blend of oatmeal, ginger and black treacle, and added rich, silky Belgian chocolate chunks. This combination of ingredients creates a luxury ginger biscuit that is quite unique.

Yorkshire Ginger Parkin with Chocolate biscuits - flavoursome, snappy and great for dunking - quality. Some of these were purchased as gifts - why??? I want them all for me.

Buying for a sister a little gift, the parkin, ginger, chocolate bicuits were ideal, but plenty of options. Lovely packs, easy to order and tracking information was great. Arrived next day and one happy sister, who thought they were delicious. Thank you Lottie Shaw's.
