This combination of ingredients creates a luxury ginger biscuit that is quite unique.

I bought LS parkin for daughter and SIL as they love it at this time of year. They said it was the best parkin they had ever had,and demanded to know where I had bought it. I bought it from Ocado but it was out if stock when I tried to order more. I went online and ordered more and some parkin biscuits too. A cosy treat on wintry days and evenings!
