To create our award winning Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits we blend together medium coarse oatmeal, black treacle, syrup, and ginger, all of which are in our Yorkshire Parkin. These ingredients create a luxury ginger biscuit that is quite unique.
The box is 100% recyclable and contains two packets of five biscuits so you don't have to rush through them. In true Yorkshire fashion, these biscuits are seriously good dunked in a cup of tea!

Fantastic...
I have had quite a few orders now, and the ginger Parkin biscuits are by far the best I have ever tasted. I gave my 95 year old father some when I first bought them, and even though we are 250 miles apart, he is in Newcastle upon Tyne and I am in Norfolk, he always makes sure to let me know that the next time I order, not to forget him.

Lovely dry, crisp , slightly gingery biscuit , large ! Great when you are only having one. And on the nutritional info I have seen, better than most on the fat and sat fat content.
