To create our award winning Yorkshire Parkin Biscuits we blend together medium coarse oatmeal, black treacle, syrup, and ginger, all of which are in our Yorkshire Parkin. These ingredients create a luxury ginger biscuit that is quite unique.
The box is 100% recyclable and contains two packets of five biscuits so you don't have to rush through them. In true Yorkshire fashion, these biscuits are seriously good dunked in a cup of tea!

Love these biscuits.
Great dispatch and delivery times. Recommended seller. My only complaint would be the delivery box could have some fragile contents on it, Unfortunately a lot of the biscuits were broken, I assume carriers throwing the box about.
